IRA Coaching is India's first learning & development solutions provider focused exclusively on insurance — founded by Radhika Srinath, with 30+ years in insurance and financial services. Their programmes (ProEdge, AutoEdge, CampusPlus) serve corporate teams, college students, and automotive dealerships.

IRA Coaching is India's first learning & development solutions provider focused exclusively on insurance — founded by Radhika Srinath, with 30+ years in insurance and financial services. Their programmes (ProEdge, AutoEdge, CampusPlus) serve corporate teams, college students, and automotive dealerships.

But the existing website undersold everything. Corporate buyers couldn't quickly assess programme fit. College students couldn't tell this apart from generic upskilling platforms. The site confused three distinct audiences with a single, cluttered layout.

Solution

We restructured the entire site around audience-first navigation. Corporate teams land on ProEdge — a 15-day upskilling programme with clear ROI framing. College students find CampusPlus — an 8-week bridge programme positioned as the career accelerator their institution doesn't offer. Dealership staff reach AutoEdge — a 90-day insurance training programme tailored to automotive sales.

We restructured the entire site around audience-first navigation. Corporate teams land on ProEdge — a 15-day upskilling programme with clear ROI framing. Dealership staff reach AutoEdge — a 90-day insurance training programme tailored to automotive sales.

Each programme page leads with the outcome it delivers, not the curriculum it contains. Pricing is transparent (₹7,000 per specialised course), eliminating the friction of 'contact us for pricing' that was costing conversions.

Founder credibility as the centrepiece

Radhika's 30+ years of domain expertise is the single strongest trust signal IRA Coaching has — but it was buried in an 'About' page nobody visited. We brought it to the homepage: her background, philosophy, and direct involvement in programme design are now visible within the first scroll.

The site now reads as what it is — an expert-led institution, not a marketplace of generic courses.
