1. Use of this site
This site is provided for the purpose of learning about The Passion's services, viewing our work, and getting in touch about a potential project. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access it via automated means beyond normal search-engine crawling, or submitting forms with false or malicious content.
2. The Lens audit tool
Lens is a self-serve tool that provides an automated, indicative assessment of how a business appears to AI platforms. Results are generated using automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes only — they are not a guarantee of outcomes, rankings, or visibility, and should not be treated as professional advice on their own.
3. Project engagements
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to enter into a paid engagement. Submitting the contact form or requesting an audit starts a conversation only — actual project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal or contract) before any paid work begins.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including case studies, copy, design, and code — is the property of The Passion unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Client work shown in our case studies is shared with permission or in a form that respects confidentiality agreements.
5. Third-party links
This site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Cal.com, and client-owned websites shown in case studies). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external sites.
6. No warranty
This site and its tools (including Lens) are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free.
