I started The Passion because I kept seeing the same thing — businesses doing genuinely good work, with websites and products that didn't reflect any of it. A construction firm with 55 completed projects and a website that looked like a template. An ed-tech platform placing graduates at top companies, but losing prospects because the site couldn't explain why they were different.
The gap between what these businesses actually delivered and what their digital presence communicated was costing them clients, credibility, and growth. That's the problem I set out to fix.
I didn't want to build an agency. Agencies add layers — account managers, project coordinators, junior designers doing the work while senior partners do the pitching. I wanted to do the work myself, directly with the people who cared most about the outcome.

Founder-led means better work
When the person pitching the project is the same person designing and reviewing the code, nothing gets lost in translation. You get honest assessments, faster decisions, and someone who's accountable for the outcome — not just the deliverable.
Small is intentional
We don't scale by adding headcount. We stay small so every project gets the attention it deserves. No B-team, no junior handoffs, no spreading thin across 15 clients at once. We take on a few projects at a time and do them well.
Product design, not decoration
We're not here to make things look pretty — we're here to make them work. Every design decision is tied to a business goal: more conversions, less confusion, faster onboarding, stronger trust. That's what product design means to us.
