Subscription Services
Our services are available through subscription plans: Essentials and Accelerator.
Each subscription provides access to our design and development services as described on our website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to services will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for our services are due monthly, according to the plan you select.
We do not offer refunds. However, you may pause your subscription at any time, with services resuming upon reactivation.
If a project is delayed due to your lack of response or delays in feedback, we reserve the right to extend deadlines.
Quality and Deliverables
We ensure all designs go through an internal review process before delivery. We are committed to providing high-quality design work and revising based on your feedback within reason.
All designs and deliverables are provided based on the scope outlined in your chosen plan. Large-scale revisions or changes outside the original scope may require additional time or costs.
Intellectual Property
Upon completion and full payment of the project, you receive the rights to the final deliverables.
We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback. Failure to do so may affect the project timeline.
You are responsible for maintaining active communication channels (e.g., Slack) throughout the duration of the project.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality for all client information and project details. If required, NDAs can be signed to ensure privacy.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services if you fail to meet your obligations, including payment or providing required materials.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the previous month.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will not notify you of any changes, and your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
